Mongolian News Agency, Ulaanbaatar, September 23rd, the "Erdenes Tavar Tolaigh" joint stock company sold a total of 288,000 tons of coal through three transactions on the Mongolian Stock Exchange on the 18th of this month.

The company sold 160,000 tons of power coal with a transaction amount of 6.6 million US dollars, and 128,000 tons of 1/3 coking coal with a transaction amount of 8.7 million US dollars.

The company adheres to the policy of "not selecting coal types for mining", mainly selling 1/3 coking coal and power coal. In terms of price, the transaction price of 1/3 coking coal was 68.30 US dollars per ton, and the transaction price of power coal was 36.40-41.90 US dollars per ton.

Additionally, in the first half of this year, the company sold 1.3 million tons of coal through 20 electronic transactions, achieving revenue of 25 trillion tugrik, a net profit of 11 trillion tugrik, and paying taxes of 74.22 billion tugrik to the state budget, contributing to economic growth and the increase in foreign exchange reserves. During the same period, the company mined a total of 13.8 million tons of coal and exported 10.2 million tons of coal.
