Russian presidential special representative calls UK Prime Minister and EU leaders "chaos makers" and war instigators

Kirill Dmitriev, President of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special representative for foreign investment and economic cooperation of the President, called UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and EU leaders "chaos makers" and war instigators.

Dmitriev commented on Starmer's interview with British journalist Beth Rigby on Friday on social media X. Rigby commented on the Prime Minister's policies, claiming that Starmer "has not ended the chaos," but instead became the chaos itself.

In his post, Dmitriev wrote: "Beth Rigby told Starmer, who was talking to himself: 'You have not ended the chaos, you are the chaos itself.' Stammering war instigator Starmer once again stumbled. The war instigators in the UK and the EU are the least popular leaders in the history of their respective countries. They are the makers of chaos."

Dmitriev also emphasized that chaos should not hinder the realization of peace.
