Iran Foreign Ministry Delivers Protest Note to Ukraine's Acting Ambassador

According to Iran National Broadcasting Corporation (IRIB), the Iranian Foreign Ministry has summoned Ukraine's acting ambassador in Tehran and formally delivered a protest note. Earlier, Tehran accused Kyiv of launching an attack on one of its merchant vessels in the Caspian Sea.

In a statement, the Iranian Foreign Ministry firmly stated that it will resolutely defend its national security and interests, emphasizing that any aggression against Iranian citizens and their property will be met with decisive response.
