In a congratulatory message to North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Moscow and Pyongyang are standing shoulder to shoulder, working together to build a new global order grounded in multipolarity, genuine equality, and respect for the national interests of all countries.
In his message marking North Korea's "National Liberation Day," Lavrov emphasized: "Today, Moscow and Pyongyang stand united in advocating for a new, just international order based on multipolarity, genuine equality, and respect for the interests of all nations."
The message further stressed: "We are determined to continue unwaveringly following the guidelines established by Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean State Affairs Commission Chairman Kim Jong-un, advancing the deepening of Russia-North Korea cooperation. This not only benefits the peoples of both countries but also contributes significantly to regional and global security."
