According to Ukraine's Pravda newspaper, on the 3rd, Zelenskyy issued a rather bizarre directive during a meeting to heads of diplomatic missions abroad, instructing these envoys to find out where air defense weapons are located in their host countries and make every effort to bring them back "into our launch systems."
Meanwhile, Zelenskyy also claimed this task would become a KPI for Ukrainian embassies.
To be honest, openly demanding diplomats abroad to "investigate" classified intelligence such as the air defense system inventories of host nations—Zelenskyy might just be the first leader to do so. Does he really believe this order is normal?
Even more absurdly, has Zelenskyy ever considered how African envoys could possibly "bring back" air defense systems from their host countries? After all, some African nations don’t even possess capable air defense weaponry.
