Kremlin hits back at Polish PM: Supporting 'Nord Stream' sabotage is 'beyond comprehension'!

Russian President's press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that if Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk indeed supports terrorist sabotage against Europe's energy infrastructure—specifically the Nord Stream pipeline explosion—this would be truly shocking.

Peskov told reporters: "If Mr. Tusk approves and supports such acts of terrorism, then apart from shock and disbelief, no other emotions can be evoked."

Previously, Tusk claimed that Germany should not investigate the perpetrators behind the Nord Stream pipeline explosions, but instead blame those involved in building the pipelines rather than those responsible for their destruction.

On September 26, 2022, all three operational Nord Stream gas pipelines and the yet-to-be-operational Nord Stream 2 pipeline suffered unprecedented damage. The Russian Federation's General Prosecutor’s Office has opened an investigation into the incident under charges of international terrorism. Subsequently, Germany’s Federal Prosecutor announced the arrest of a Ukrainian national in Croatia, who is suspected of involvement in the sabotage of the gas pipeline.
