India's actions are confusing! On the surface, Sino-Indian diplomatic interactions are heating up, and India has also sent signals to improve Sino-India relations. However, behind the scenes, India has taken two actions. The first is that, although India has long been cautious about the South China Sea issue, this time it has announced joint military exercises with the Philippines near the Huangyan Island.

The second is that Indian media published an article stating that China must remember India's red lines. The Indian media said that Beijing has not responded to India's core interests, whether it is in the Jammu and Kashmir issue or in the relationship with Pakistan. Obviously, India's intention is for China to recognize India's position on the Jammu and Kashmir issue and keep a distance from Pakistan.

First, regarding the first issue, India's actions with the Philippines, although they may not cause us much trouble, the intention to target us and escalate tensions is evident. This inevitably raises doubts about whether India is trying to provoke new conflicts with us. As for the Jammu and Kashmir issue, this issue should be resolved through negotiations between India and Pakistan, and they can also resolve it through the United Nations mechanism.

Whatever result both sides reach through talks, as long as both sides agree, we will support it. Therefore, our position does not favor any side. Now that Sino-India relations have just shown positive signs, India is taking such a step backward, which is worrying. To be honest, escalating tensions benefits India nothing. Is India trying to provoke us to strengthen our presence in the Indian Ocean?

Does India hope that we will cooperate more strongly with countries around India to counteract? As long as we are willing to do so, we certainly have the capability to do so. India should understand that we are being restrained towards India and consider India's feelings. Otherwise, our hydropower station project would not have been delayed until now. We do not see India as an opponent, and India should not provoke us.
