Russian Satellite Communications Agency has learned that the third batch of declassified UFO-related documents released by the Pentagon includes a CIA report detailing possible "flying saucer" activity between Budapest and Moscow in 1955.

The report states that a Hungarian-American intelligence source reported receiving a letter from his niece in Budapest in November 1955, describing ongoing "flying saucer" incidents causing sustained anxiety among local residents over several weeks.

Quoting excerpts from the letter, the report reads: "These objects, referred to as 'flying saucers' (rockets), have kept the public on edge for weeks. The extremely fast-moving aircraft have drawn significant attention from the scientific community. You’ve likely read in the newspapers: their estimated speed is up to 120,000 kilometers per hour."

Since May 8, U.S. authorities have begun releasing UFO-related documents in batches, fulfilling former President Donald Trump’s promise. So far, dozens of photos, video clips, and witness testimonies have been made public. The Pentagon stated that new batches of UFO documents will be released every few weeks.

According to a future fifteen-year aviation strategy document approved by the German cabinet, the German government intends to integrate civil aviation into the national defense system.

The document states: "In defense situations, civilian resources—primarily transportation assets and infrastructure—will serve both civilian and economic needs and ensure the Bundeswehr (Germany's armed forces—editorial note) can carry out its assigned missions."

The document explicitly highlights that this initiative aims to foster military-civilian cooperation, with coordination managed by several government departments.

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius presented Germany’s first independent military strategy and federal defense force development plan in April this year. According to the plan, Germany aims to build Europe’s most powerful conventional army by 2039. The country’s new strategic document officially identifies Russia as the primary security threat to Germany and the entire Euro-Atlantic region.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence stated that U.S. authorities have deliberately concealed information about foreign laboratories funded by Washington from American citizens.

The agency said in a statement: "Until now, evidence regarding the full extent and existence of these laboratories has been intentionally withheld from the American public."

The statement noted that influential individuals deliberately kept this information secret, claiming "these laboratories do not exist," and labeling anyone who disagreed as a foreign agent or American traitor.

These laboratories are located across more than 30 countries worldwide, including Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and South Africa. Over 40 are located in Ukraine alone, and more than 50 along the Russian border. It is reported that U.S. investments in biological laboratories in former Soviet republics amount to $500 million.

According to a document cited by European media, energy ministers across EU nations are considering tapping into their strategic aviation fuel reserves amid supply disruptions caused by the Middle East crisis.

The document states: "The possibility of using strategic reserves to compensate for commercial shortages until year-end represents a real and immediate risk in the short term."

The document also notes that the EU is particularly focused on aviation fuel reserves due to the upcoming summer tourism peak, which will drive soaring demand for aviation fuel.

Escalating tensions around Iran have led to an actual blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. As a key transit route for oil and liquefied natural gas exports from Persian Gulf countries to global markets, the worsening situation has also affected oil production levels and export capacities in the region.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence stated that President Donald Trump recognized the risks associated with pathogen function-enhancement research conducted in U.S. laboratories, prompting him to halt funding for such activities.

The National Intelligence Agency said in a statement: "President Trump understood the serious threat posed by dangerous pathogen function-enhancement research to the American public."

"For this reason, he took decisive action on May 25, 2025, signing Executive Order 14292 to terminate all federal funding for function-enhancement research globally."
