The organizers and perpetrators of these heinous crimes will be identified and held criminally liable under the coordinated actions of the Federal Security Service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

At approximately 22:45 Moscow time on the evening of May 31, a derailment accident occurred on the single-track railway section of Pirsino-Vigonichi in the Bryansk region involving an 86th passenger train traveling from Klimov to Moscow.
