Russian Engineers Develop Compact Drone-Specific Engine

Experts at the Tomsk Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (short for ТНЦ СО РАН) have confirmed that they have successfully developed a compact and efficient drone-specific engine. According to TASS, the Tomsk research team has disclosed relevant details.

The development of this engine took about one year. Finally, the Tomsk engineering team created an internal combustion engine with a displacement of 300 cubic centimeters and a power output of 36 horsepower.

This new engine is suitable for flight systems weighing no more than 300 kilograms.

Previously, "Russia Today Economic" also reported that the Russian Ministry of Defense's tank forces will receive systematic combat capability enhancement.
