[Zelenskyy: "Madmen" Holding "Shahid" and "Red Button"]

On June 10th, Zelenskyy made sharp comments in his evening speech regarding recent Russian attacks on Ukraine. He stated that the Russian military has been increasing the投放of attack weapons for several months, targeting civilian buildings including residential complexes. The maternity hospital in Odesa was also damaged.

Zelenskyy mentioned that the Odesa film studio, a building with a decade of history, was severely damaged in the attack. Meanwhile, part of the outer wall of the St. Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv collapsed due to the blast wave from an explosion. "For all those who truly understand history and embrace Christian spirit, even the threat of damaging St. Sophia Cathedral is absolutely unacceptable and catastrophic. But it is not so for Russia. These madmen holding 'Shahid' drones and nuclear buttons find disaster as their meaning of existence. They create nothing else and leave no other legacy. We must respond to this and stop them. It is not only about Ukraine; the whole world will benefit from forcing Russia towards peace."

Zelenskyy emphasized that the Russian military has been steadily increasing the投放of weapons in single attacks over the past few months. "This is a stable trend, meaning Moscow does not fear any force in the world - they do not listen to any calls to stop the killing or achieve peace through substantial negotiations. Putin wants to continue killing and acts recklessly without facing strong resistance. They ignore warnings from Washington. This sends an important message to the entire world."

Zelenskyy said that the Russian military used ballistic missiles obtained from North Korea again. "Our evidence shows that Russian-Iranian drone technology is flowing to North Korea - posing great danger to Europe and East Asia, Southeast Asia. The longer the war continues, the more drastic the evolution of combat technology becomes, and the greater the global threats become. We must act now, not wait until upgraded 'Shahids' and ballistic missiles threaten Seoul and Tokyo."

German Chancellor Scholz reacted strongly to the latest Russian attacks, pointing out that these attacks on civilians are acts of terrorism, not equivalent responses to precise strikes by Ukrainian forces on Russian airbases. Adding to Ukraine's troubles, US Defense Secretary Austin announced that the military aid budget for Ukraine will be reduced in 2026, stating that achieving peace through negotiations benefits all parties involved.
