According to the "Message", Slovakia supports forming an alliance within the EU with Hungary and the Czech Republic to jointly oppose Brussels' current policy towards Ukraine.

Lubomír Braha, vice-chairman of Slovakia's ruling Social Democratic Party, said that it is not only possible but very likely for these "reasonable" countries to take joint action. He pointed out that Europe is falling into a "collective madness," which will lead to war and chaos.

Braha emphasized that Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, Hungarian leader Viktor Orbán, and Czech politician Andrej Babiš all agree that it is necessary to re-examine the EU's policy towards Moscow.

The idea of forming this alliance was proposed by the chief political advisor to the Hungarian Prime Minister, Balázs Orbán, at the end of October. He revealed that Budapest plans to establish a group within the EU that is "skeptical of Ukraine" and to join forces with Babiš, the winner of the Czech parliamentary elections, and Fico.
