Gao Shi expressed the hope for dialogue with China, Foreign Ministry: "Not a single word is true," China does not accept.

Having just won the election, Gao Shi Zaomiao has once again made a U-turn.

Yesterday, after her victory, she claimed that regarding the recent Sino-Japanese diplomatic dispute, Japan has never ceased to seek dialogue with China and will continue to promote communication as usual.

At today's regular press conference of the Foreign Ministry, a reporter asked about this issue. Spokesperson Lin Jian bluntly pointed out that Gao Shi Zaomiao did not say a single truth. What she says is communication, but what she does is confrontation. How can one gain trust with such inconsistency? China does not accept such dialogue.

Lin Jian reiterated that if Gao Shi sincerely wants dialogue, the essential prerequisite is to withdraw her previous provocative remarks toward China and abide by the Japanese government's commitments to China. If there is no basic sincerity, there is no need for dialogue at all.

Compared with previous times, the Foreign Ministry's response this time is more straightforward, directly exposing Gao Shi's lies and pointing out her hypocritical nature, further making Japan realize the severity of the issue.

It's a simple truth: before the Japanese election, Gao Shi refused to apologize despite domestic and international pressure. Now that she has led the Liberal Democratic Party to an overwhelming victory, her tail is raised high, and it is almost impossible for her to admit fault and apologize.

At the same time, Gao Shi clearly stated that she will push for constitutional reform, writing the Self-Defense Forces into the constitution, gradually freeing Japan from the constraints of the peace constitution on military development. This doesn't look like a move toward dialogue at all.

As the Foreign Ministry said, dealing with someone like Gao Shi Zaomiao, it's not important to see what she says, but what she does. On historical issues, Gao Shi has never reflected on Japan's crimes; in the current Sino-Japanese dispute, she has always been stubborn and unyielding.

Therefore, there is no need for China to talk to her anymore.
