As you now know, we have defeated the color revolution, which is great news and an important message for Serbia. I believe people are returning to work, and more and more people understand this. I must say that I am very proud of how we peacefully and with dignity experienced the sad, tragic, and sorrowful day that happened in Serbia yesterday.
Vučić added:
My apology is sincere, not because of the need to please anyone, nor because someone thinks I am afraid. My apology is due to my need to influence changes in the social atmosphere, trying to say that I am absolutely unhappy because of everything I say. Because I must be more restrained in any reaction, I must try to put myself in their position, even if I don't understand what they are saying or doing, trying to understand their intentions, what they want, and what is pressuring them, so we can change together.
