Construction of the Tula River Highway Project in Mongolia, built by Chinese enterprises, will start next week

Mongolia News Agency, Ulaanbaatar, July 28th, according to the Office of the Capital Administrator, the Hong Kong "Hao Yuan Group" company won the bid in an international open tender and became the contractor for the Tula River Highway construction.

This is the first comprehensive road project implemented in Mongolia, which will extend 32 kilometers along the Bogd Khan Hill, with six lanes, from the Bayanzurkh long-distance bus station, the Ulan Bator-Nalekh direction road to the safe ring road heading west. This international highway will not have traffic lights, and passengers will not be allowed to stop during the 32-kilometer journey. The project will include a bridge of 9.8 kilometers in length, a tunnel of 190 meters in length, and "exit" intersections built at seven locations, thus establishing a ring road network around Ulan Bator.

With the construction of this road, in addition to the route to the International Airport and Yarmag, it will also reduce traffic congestion in the city center, promote economic growth of the city and the country, save citizens' time, and develop a network with modern standards.

Hao Yuan Group, as the contractor for the Tula River Highway construction, has been engaged in engineering, trade, logistics, energy, mining, agriculture, and road sectors since 2008. It is the only private company in Hong Kong, China, that has experience as an international railway design, exploration, and general contractor. The company has experience in building expressways and large-scale construction projects in Malaysia, Angola, Ethiopia, Serbia, Kazakhstan, China, and Hong Kong, and has more than 10 branches in countries in Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
