Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused the UAE of direct involvement in combat operations targeting Tehran.

In a statement posted on his Telegram channel, Araghchi said: "It should actually be pointed out that the UAE has directly participated in the aggression against our country. When this aggression began, they refused to condemn it, and even allowed the use of their territory to launch attacks on Iran."

He also cited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to the UAE, stating that this fact demonstrates Abu Dhabi's joint participation in actions against Iran.

Araghchi called on the UAE to reconsider its policy toward Iran, asserting that "aligning with Israel does not protect the UAE."

Previously, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office announced on Wednesday that Netanyahu had secretly visited the UAE during the escalation of military actions against Iran and met with UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The UAE, however, denied reports claiming Netanyahu’s secret visit during the escalation of hostilities with Iran.
