Iran's Ministry of Defense: Iran's missile defense capabilities have been enhanced since June when Israel launched an attack

General Reza Talebi, a spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Defense, stated that Iran's missile defense capabilities have improved compared to the period when tensions with Israel escalated in June.

The Tasnim News Agency quoted General Talebi as saying: "Compared to the 12-day war imposed on us, both the quantity and quality potential of Iran's missile forces have improved. Learning from the experience, we have strengthened and improved the country's missile defense capabilities."

On the early morning of June 13 last year, Israel launched a military operation against Iran, accusing it of secretly implementing a military nuclear program. The Israeli air strikes and sabotage teams targeted nuclear facilities, senior generals, well-known nuclear physicists, and airbases.

Iran denied these accusations and responded with its own counterattack. Both sides exchanged attacks within 12 days, and the United States also joined in, launching an attack on Iran's nuclear facilities at the early morning of June 22. Subsequently, Iran launched a missile attack on the Udeid Air Base in Qatar on the evening of June 23, but emphasized that Iran had no intention of further escalating the conflict.
