Between the night of March 26 and the early morning of March 27, the oil ports of Ust-Luga and Primorsk in Russia's Leningrad Oblast were simultaneously attacked again.
Reports indicate multiple explosions occurred in the port area, with flames clearly visible from dozens of kilometers away. Videos have already confirmed new fires in both the Primorsk and Ust-Luga port areas.
The region has also reported several consecutive explosions. The attacks are ongoing, with multiple additional targets struck.
Both ports are major oil terminals in the region, handling a significant share of the Russian Federation's refined oil exports.
