China's first batch of super-long-term special treasury bonds for equipment upgrading funds have been allocated this year
Reporter on the 22nd learned from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of China that the first batch of 93.6 billion yuan (RMB, the same below) of super-long-term special treasury bonds supporting equipment upgrades has already been allocated, driving over 460 billion yuan in total investment.
According to the introduction, since the beginning of this year, the NDRC has worked with relevant departments to optimize the implementation of the "two new" (large-scale equipment upgrades and consumption renewal) policy. Based on the solid previous work of planning and reserving equipment upgrade projects, they have quickly organized project applications, strictly reviewed them, and accelerated the implementation of the equipment upgrade policy to achieve results.
Recently, the first batch of 93.6 billion yuan of super-long-term special treasury bonds supporting equipment upgrades has been allocated, supporting about 4,500 projects in areas such as industry, energy and power, education, medical care, grain processing, customs inspection, old residential elevators, energy saving and carbon reduction environmental protection, recycling and utilization, driving over 460 billion yuan in total investment; at the same time, by directly allocating funds to local governments, it continues to support the scrapping and updating of old commercial vehicles, the replacement of new energy city buses, and the scrapping and updating of old agricultural machinery.
The National Development and Reform Commission stated that in the next step, it will work with relevant departments to continue to do a good job of coordination and tracking, strengthen the full-chain management of equipment upgrade projects and funds, promote the construction of projects in an orderly manner, accelerate the improvement of fund usage efficiency, and further leverage the effectiveness of the "two new" policy.
