Russian news agency RIA Novosti reported that on July 7 local time, Andrei Korneichuk, Deputy Director of the Department of Land and Property Relations and Legal Affairs of the Russian Federal Transport Agency (Rosavtodor), suddenly died at his workplace in Moscow, aged 42.
According to sources from law enforcement agencies, Korneichuk was the Deputy Director of the Property Management Department under the department. His body was found at his workplace on the same day. The sources emphasized that it was a normal working day, and the location was his usual office.
According to medical sources cited by TASS, the cause of death was "cardiac arrest," excluding the possibility of murder or external intervention.

Interestingly, Starovoit was dismissed by a presidential decree signed by President Putin on the same morning, and was later found dead in a car in Moscow region, which has attracted widespread public attention.
