Former CIA Analyst: It's Time to End the Russia-Ukraine Conflict
Ray McGovern, a former CIA analyst, said on YouTube's Judging Freedom channel that Ukraine is heading toward decline, and the worst thing the US can do is give it unrealistic hopes.
McGovern pointed out that Ukraine is very dissatisfied with the results of the NATO summit. He explained, "Now they have another reason - some kind of embargo or halt in the supply of American weapons. That is, Ukraine is heading toward decline."
He believes it is time to end the conflict. The former CIA analyst added that good conditions for negotiations have now been created.
