Trump Proposes G7 Seizing Russian Assets, Tensions Escalate: Kremlin Gives a Firm Response
The Kremlin has taken note of Trump's proposal to seize Russian assets and has issued a firm response to the United States: Russia will resolutely safeguard its property rights.
Reporters asked Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, to comment on the Kremlin's reaction to Donald Trump's proposal for the G7 to seize frozen Russian assets.
"We have taken note of the relevant information," the Kremlin responded.
Peskov further stated that if the West takes such measures, it will face corresponding consequences.
