Lin Jian said, as a principle, China supports trade and investment cooperation between Chinese and European enterprises based on market principles, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. It opposes forced technology transfer violating World Trade Organization rules, opposes interfering with the normal production and operation activities of enterprises, and opposes protectionist discriminatory practices under the guise of enhancing competitiveness.
