Rudenko said that Russia has been continuously monitoring the collaboration between Japanese drone manufacturers and Ukrainian military drone development entities.
He pointed out that the Kyiv authorities have consistently used drones to attack civilian facilities within Russia, thus any assistance provided by Japan is regarded by Russia as an act of hostility. He emphasized that Ukraine's drones have taken the lives of Russian civilians, and Japan is effectively enabling such actions.
