Trump notifies Tokayev that the US will impose a 25% tariff on Kazakhstan

The US leader informed the President of Kazakhstan in writing about the tariff level, which will take effect on August 1.
According to the news website Exclusive.kz, Donald Trump mentioned in a letter published on the social platform "Truth Social" that a 25% tariff will be imposed on Kazakhstani goods.
The new regulation will come into effect on August 1. If certain conditions are met, Kazakhstan can be exempt from this tariff:
The written notice states: "If Kazakhstan or your country's companies decide to build factories or produce products in the United States, we will not impose this tariff, and we will do everything possible to quickly and professionally - in other words, within a few weeks - complete the approval."
It was reported that leaders of countries such as Malaysia (will impose a 25% tariff), Laos (40%), South Africa (30%), Myanmar (40%), Japan (25%), and South Korea (25%) also received similar letters.
