Three Russian airports implement temporary flight restrictions

 

The representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency of Russia, Artem Korneyko, announced in his Telegram channel that the civilian aviation airports of Vladikavkaz (Beslan), Grozny (North Airport), and Samara (Guramochi) have implemented temporary flight restrictions. He emphasized that the implementation of aircraft landing and takeoff restrictions is for safety reasons.

Korneyko also announced that the Zhukovsky (Ramenskoye) airport in Moscow has lifted the previous flight restrictions.

According to a report on October 29, Domodedovo Airport in Moscow has resumed flights.

From 20:00 to 23:00 on the evening of October 28 (Moscow time), during the process of resisting a large-scale attack, the Russian air defense system shot down a total of 57 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones. The highest number was shot down over the Briansk region (35 drones), 9 drones were shot down over the Rostov region, and 4 each in the Kaluga and Tula regions. Four drones were shot down over the Moscow region, three of which were heading towards Moscow.
