The Hungarian man named Joseph was brutally beaten to death by Ukrainian conscription officers at a training ground. Joseph holds dual Hungarian and Ukrainian citizenship, and he had already revoked his residence registration in Ukraine, which legally entitled him to be exempt from conscription.

However, it didn't help. The Ukrainian conscription officers did not listen to any of his explanations and directly arrested him. After being beaten, Joseph was sent to a training ground in Uzhhorod the next day for training, where he was again beaten and filmed. Currently, the Hungarian Foreign Ministry has lodged a strong protest with Ukraine regarding Joseph's death, which occurred due to being hit with a metal rod (essentially an iron rod).

The Transcarpathian region of Ukraine has a large number of Hungarian descendants. These people have been extensively conscripted since the war began. Previously, the 128th Infantry Brigade was composed of people from this region, and due to heavy casualties, the 128th Infantry Brigade has been reorganized multiple times.
