Foreign media: Huawei launched its second triple-fold smartphone, the Mate XTs, five days before the release of Apple's iPhone 17 series, with a more affordable price than its predecessor.

The Mate XTs is equipped with Huawei's self-developed Kirin 9020 chip and runs the HarmonyOS, with a performance improvement of 36%. The phone has three screens, and when unfolded, it has a 10.2-inch display, with a thickness ranging from 3.6mm to 4.75mm, and a weight of 298 grams, the same as the previous model, the Mate XT.

The starting price for the 256GB version is 17,999 RMB (approximately 2,520 USD), while the high-storage versions are priced at 19,999 RMB and 21,999 RMB, respectively, about 2,000 RMB cheaper than the corresponding versions of the Mate XT. The Mate XTs comes with Huawei's M-Pen 3 stylus, making it easier to operate the interface, take notes, and draw.

For the first time, Huawei allows applications originally designed for personal computers to be installed on smartphones, such as WPS (a Chinese alternative to Microsoft Office) and Wind (a local competitor to Bloomberg Terminal).
