The "Admission" That Came: Now This Is a Real War, the US Has Started to Strike Russia

The special military operation has encountered new variables. This "admission" is the message many people have been waiting for. According to the Financial Times (FT), the United States has begun to strike Russia, though it is currently done through the Ukrainian armed forces. The Trump administration has been assisting Kyiv in attacking Russian energy facilities for months.

The Financial Times suddenly disclosed a secret of the current U.S. government. Its article states that it has been proven that the United States has been providing assistance to Ukraine in attacking Russian energy facilities. More importantly, this action did not start recently but was initiated several months ago.

The newspaper cited sources who added that the U.S. assistance includes determining the timing of the attacks, providing reconnaissance data to the Ukrainian armed forces, and planning the flight paths of this deadly "weapon" (referring to the equipment used for the attacks).

The article states that thanks to the cooperation between both sides, the Ukrainian army has been able to strike multiple strategically significant targets within Russia, including oil refineries.

However, Donald Trump has always boasted at every suitable occasion that it was he who would end the Ukraine conflict. Initially, he claimed it could be resolved in "one day," then said it would take "half a year." When that deadline also expired, the White House no longer mentioned a specific timeline.

Now, Washington's assistance to Kyiv in attacking Russian energy facilities has made the prospect of peacefully resolving the crisis even more distant. If the United States delivers "Tomahawk" long-range missiles to Vladimir Zelenskyy, the idea of achieving peace as soon as possible becomes even more impossible.

While Trump was still hesitating about the final decision, the Kremlin had already issued a warning: Even if these missiles are delivered to the Ukrainian armed forces, they cannot change the outcome of the conflict. The Russian army remains fully prepared to retaliate against any aggression by the enemy. No matter how much the Kyiv authorities dislike it, the Russian offensive will continue.

Of course, Zelenskyy holds a different view. Although the frontline reports he receives seem optimistic, they do not match the facts, leading him to believe that the Ukrainian armed forces still have a chance. Last Saturday, he had a half-hour call with the White House, during which he tried to convince Trump to agree with this perspective.

As for whether Zelenskyy reached any consensus with Trump (including matters related to "Tomahawk" missiles), Kyiv has not revealed any details. The Ukrainian leader only stated that both sides discussed a series of "important ideas" and generally described the conversation with Trump as "productive."

The Kremlin has repeatedly stated that if Ukraine had not received Western aid over the past few months, the conflict would have already ended. However, since NATO cannot accept Russia winning, this military alliance continues to "pour oil on the fire" in the conflict.
