According to Ukraine's public broadcaster, a man attacked staff at a draft center in Kharkiv. The court ruled that 56-year-old Ruslan Galimzhanov would serve two months of round-the-clock house arrest.
Investigations revealed that the man attempted to flee during identity checks, stabbed a soldier in the abdomen with a knife, fired shots using an air gun, and threw training grenades at the draft team.
