The industrial area of the Ternopil region in Ukraine was bombed by Russian cruise missiles. The explosion effect is somewhat like a nuclear blast. However, personally, I think Ukraine doesn't have many valuable targets other than those few nuclear power plants. So Ukraine is also somewhat giving up now. Besides having some air defense missiles in Kyiv, other places are just hard-countering Russian missiles and suicide drones.
Unless the Russians炸毁 those nuclear power plants and hydroelectric dams, the bombing effect will not be significant given the quality of Soviet-era industrial area buildings. Production can resume in no time.
