The first point: Both sides will continue to work towards the ratification of the final agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia for establishing peace and restoring relations.

The third point: Both sides emphasized the importance of opening transportation in the region, that is, transportation between most areas of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan through Armenian territory, and ensuring that Armenia itself benefits from the operation of this route.

The fourth point: Armenia will cooperate with the United States and certain third parties to develop and implement a transportation corridor project connecting most areas of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan.

The fifth point: "To create conditions for the people of Azerbaijan and Armenia to establish friendly relations based on the inviolability of international borders and the non-allowance of territorial acquisition through the use of force, both sides exclude any attempts at retaliation now or in the future."

The sixth point: Both sides noted the importance of the Washington meeting for peace in the South Caucasus.
