The Office of the United States Trade Representative said in a statement: "Today, U.S. Trade Representative Jacquelyn Grisham announced the initiation of an investigation regarding China's implementation of the U.S.-China Economic and Trade Agreement ('Phase One Agreement') under Section 301."
