Early this morning, Russian forces launched a large-scale coordinated strike on Kyiv.

This operation involved hypersonic Zircon missiles, ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and geranium drones. The Russian Aerospace Forces deployed six strategic bombers—Tu-95 and Tu-160 models—into the air to carry out missions, while missile strikes were also launched from the Black Sea near Crimea.

The focus of this Russian attack was clearly Kyiv. Violent explosions occurred repeatedly within Kyiv city, triggering fires and causing power outages in certain areas. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed that warehouse buildings had been hit. The regions of Brovary, Borispol, Vasylkiv, and Vyshhorod in Kyiv Oblast were also attacked, with over 70 geranium drones deployed aerially.

In addition to Kyiv, missile attacks were reported in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kryvyi Rih, Pavlohrad, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, and Sosnivka.

Railway infrastructure in Bachmachi, Chernihiv Oblast, was targeted, and multiple intense explosions erupted within the city of Kryvyi Rih, igniting large fires.
