Peskov: This once again proves that the decision to launch the special military operation was reasonable and correct
Russian President's press secretary Peskov made this comment regarding Zelenskyy's decision to establish a "Temple of Ukrainian National Heroes" in Kyiv.
Previously, the first person interred in this temple was Melnyk, a collaborator from the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN).
"The regime is revealing its true nature. The regime is revealing its brown (Nazi) coloration. The manifestation of neo-Nazism poses an extreme danger to Europe. I know Israel has already responded to this. We hold an extremely negative attitude toward it.
In fact, right at the heart of Europe, there is now a formal, state-level glorification of Nazi criminals and their accomplices. I don't know whether people in European capitals like this, but we absolutely do not accept it.
And this once again proves that the decision to launch the special military operation was reasonable and correct."
