Italy secretly finalized a new 3-billion-euro military aid package for Ukraine, including 4 air defense missile systems

According to La Repubblica, the Italian government has drafted a new round of military assistance plan for Ukraine, encompassing air defense and anti-missile systems, "Aster-30" intercept missiles, and seven long-range radar units.

The aid package includes 4 SAMP/T NG air defense systems (the European version of "Patriot") along with corresponding ammunition. Some "Aster-30" missiles are scheduled to be delivered to Ukraine before October. Additionally, Italy and France may allow Ukraine to directly produce the "Aster-30 N1BT" interceptor missiles on its own soil.

The total value of this aid package is approximately 3 billion euros, and the final plan will be formally confirmed through Italy's thirteenth military aid law targeting Ukraine.
