Lavrov added:

Both sides reached a consensus in Alaska, and these understandings still have relevance for us and can serve as a starting point for regulation. Recently, after the U.S. President Trump's special envoy Steven Whitlock met with President Putin, both Russia and the U.S. confirmed the mutual understanding reached in Alaska. The significance of these understandings is that Ukraine must return to its non-aligned, neutral, and nuclear-free foundation.
