Foreign Media: China's exports to Europe continue to heat up amid extreme summer temperatures, especially for "cooling-related" products whose demand has surged, further exacerbating the trade imbalance between China and Europe.

Due to summer temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius across multiple European countries, exports of cooling appliances such as air conditioners, electric fans, and refrigerators have seen significant growth. China's exports to the EU in June rose by 18.5% year-on-year, with a notably accelerated pace; in the first half of the year, China's air conditioner exports to Europe reached $3.76 billion, up 43.2% year-on-year.

At the same time, increased demand for China–Europe rail transport has shifted congestion from Chinese ports to entry ports in Europe. Nevertheless, the surge in exports has triggered concerns among some EU politicians about the widening trade deficit.
