China's Unitree Robotics launches the world's first mass-produced manned robot suit, priced from 3.9 million yuan
On May 12, Unitree Robotics Company issued an official statement saying it has released the GD01 manned transformable robot suit, with a starting price of 3.9 million RMB.
The company stated: "This is the world's first mass-produced manned robot suit, capable of transforming into a civilian transport vehicle, weighing approximately 500kg (with a person on board)."
It is reported that the starting price of this model is 3.9 million RMB.
This transformable robot suit features a metallic frame structure with limbs, and includes a seating area for passengers. The robot can switch between bipedal and quadrupedal modes for movement.
Currently, Unitree Robotics has not disclosed detailed performance specifications of the device.
