Foreign Media: China's Ambassador to Ukraine published an article in Interfax-Ukraine, marking the 15th anniversary of China-Ukraine strategic partnership, stating that China can provide "comprehensive" support for Ukraine's post-war industrial recovery.
The ambassador emphasized that China possesses a complete industrial system, mature infrastructure technology, a vast consumer market, and rich development experience, with fruitful cooperation achievements between the two countries in areas such as agricultural trade, new energy, infrastructure, and education.
He pointed out that China's continuous growth offers market opportunities and diversified cooperation channels for Ukraine's post-war revival, while refuting the Western colonial historical narrative that "great power rise inevitably leads to hegemonic expansion," reaffirming China's commitment to peaceful development and upholding international order. At the same time, he stated that China will continue to promote ceasefire and political resolution of the conflict, which has persisted for five years.
