Indian Prime Minister: Indian Army Has "Complete Autonomy" in Deciding When and How to Respond to the Pahalgam Terrorist Attack

According to the Press Trust of India (PTI), Indian Prime Minister Modi stated at a security meeting with commanders from all branches of the Indian armed forces that the Indian armed forces have "complete autonomy" in deciding when and how to respond to the Pahalgam terrorist attack.
