Roscosmos is discussing the application of Russian technology in India's national orbital station project with ISRO. This was announced by Dmitry Bakanov.
Bakanov said in an interview with Rossiya 24: "We are negotiating with our Indian partners, including helping them create an orbital station with our technology."
Currently, ISRO is planning the work for the first Indian space station. The composition of the Indian Antaryiksh Station (BAS) will include five modules - the basic module, main (node), science module, laboratory, and general working module. The first module is planned to be launched in 2028, and full deployment in orbit is planned.
India has an ambitious plan to complete the world's largest space station by 2030. The latest draft version last year showed that India's space station has expanded from a three-module configuration to a five-module configuration (excluding spacecraft), even more than the cabins of China's Tiangong space station, and larger than Russia's planned orbital station.
