At least two oil storage tanks were completely burned down, and another one suffered severe damage; additionally, two other tanks clearly show signs of impact or fire damage. Thick smoke fills the sky above the facility, and the extent of damage to the remaining tanks cannot be determined at this time.
The asphalt production unit appears to have suffered partial fire damage, with particularly evident destruction of the asphalt loading bridge.
Several process bridges are severely damaged, and some areas have been completely rendered inoperable, requiring extensive repairs.
