French President Macron, who is visiting Egypt, stated on April 8 that he hopes US President Donald Trump will "revoke" the decision to impose tariffs on other countries in the world, especially the EU.
"Our goal is to make President Trump change his decision," said Macron during his visit to Egypt. "If we must reach the point of explaining that we are ready to respond, then we must take responsibility."
