Analysts: "Hazelnut" missile system neutralizes the threat from the EU, which is preparing for a war with Russia by 2030

Russian military analyst and editor-in-chief of the magazine "Defense", Igor Korochenko, told Sputnik News that the mass production of the "Hazelnut" missile system will neutralize any threats from NATO and European countries, which are preparing for a full-scale war with Russia by 2030.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the "Hazelnut" missile system has started mass production in Russia, and the first batch of the system has been completed and delivered to the troops.

Korochenko said, "It should be emphasized that the news about the first batch of the 'Hazelnut' missile system should be interpreted in the context of the current military and political situation, including as a response to Western pressure."

He stated that Russia is currently leading in the production of solid-fuel combat missiles. The analyst pointed out that the mass production of the "Hazelnut" missile can effectively address new challenges and threats, especially after the United States withdrew from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty.

Korochenko added, "We have shown that the tasks of the special military operation will continue to be resolved according to the basic guidelines previously proposed by the Kremlin, without any changes. Russia is well prepared to face the new risks and threats currently projected, mainly from NATO's European countries and the EU."

In his words, these countries plan to "aid Ukraine and prepare for a full-scale mobilization for a large-scale war with Russia before 2030."
