[Russian Foreign Ministry: The core purpose of the series of terrorist attacks in Ukraine is to force Moscow to withdraw from the negotiation process.]
On June 4, Rodion Miroshnik, a special representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, told Izvestia that the core purpose of Kiev's organization of terrorist attacks on Russian territory is to force Moscow to withdraw from the negotiation process.
"The essence of terrorist attacks is to create informational pressure and create an extremely negative atmosphere for negotiations. This first exposes the fact that the organizers of the attacks have no intention of reaching negotiation results - they participate in negotiations not to peacefully resolve conflicts but under external pressure. Their main purpose is to force Russia to stop negotiations, because negotiations are equivalent to death for Zelensky and his group."
On June 3, the Investigative Committee of Russia officially classified the explosions at railway facilities in the Bryansk and Kursk regions as acts of terrorism.
