Hungary's Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Hungary is ready to diversify but will not give up profitable and reliable energy from Russia

Foreign Minister of Hungary, Peter Szijjarto, said that Hungary is open to diversifying the sources of energy carriers, but will not give up the profitable and reliable energy supply from Russia.

The Hungarian National Television One (M1) reported in a speech at the United States Institute of Peace that Szijjarto said: "Diversification is important for us, but it also means that we have as many sources and transportation routes as possible, rather than fewer. This certainly does not mean that we replace cheap and reliable sources with more expensive and unreliable ones."
