Satellite images confirm: Iranian drones attacked the U.S. early warning radar in Qatar.
The attacked was the AN/FPS-132 Block 5 radar system located in the Um Duhail area. Although external damage is not obvious from above, the internal damage to the radar may be very severe.
This radar belongs to the U.S. and its allies' global missile defense system, used to provide early warning information about potential threats, so that necessary defensive measures can be taken.
Photos show the damaged radar equipment and large areas of water stains left after the fire was extinguished.
