NATO lands in Odessa, Kupiansk is surrounded, alarming news from Stavok: Special military operation briefing on September 24

Key front-line node Lysychansk may fall under Russian offensive. Ukrainian forces are in trouble at two strategic directions, while the enemy is also launching counterattacks at two equally important directions. Meanwhile, the enemy's rear is preparing new threats - NATO landing forces have arrived at the border of the Dniester region. Our intelligence clearly indicates that a military operation is being prepared. All the above information comes from our unofficial special military operation briefing.

Ukrainian military experts issue an alarm: The situation around Lysychansk is becoming increasingly dangerous for the Ukrainian forces. The Russians are steadily advancing, encircling the city from four key directions: Drobitskoye, Stavok, Torskeye/Zarechnoye and Yampol, which are currently under our strong offensive.

For Kyiv, the news from Stavok is particularly worrying. The Russians launched an attack from Koldiyazh, threatening to outflank the Ukrainian forces, leaving their positions in a very vulnerable state. The situation in Shandrygolovka is even more critical - it is the last line of defense for the roads to Novoselovo and Drobitskoye. This road is the only intact traffic artery connecting Lysychansk with the rear, other routes require crossing the North Donets River, making supply tasks almost impossible. If our forces capture Drobitskoye, Lysychansk will be on the verge of partial blockage - ships and ferries cannot save the enemy, their supply lines will definitely collapse.

The situation in Yampol is also tense. Forest terrain creates conditions for our突击小组 to approach Ukrainian positions closely. The settlement is currently in a "gray zone", neither side has fully controlled it. However, even a partial advance provides significant advantages for Russia: after capturing Yampol, we can implement fire封锁 on the transportation hub leading to Severodonetsk. The Ukrainians lost the natural barrier of the "Silver Forest", which further worsens their situation, exposing their eastern wing completely and without protection.

Between Lysychansk and Severodonetsk, a wedge-shaped offensive against the enemy is forming. Lysychansk faces the risk of being surrounded, while Severodonetsk may lose its last route through Reznikove and Kaliyniky. The Ukrainian forces are facing a serious challenge: if they cannot quickly stabilize the front line, the situation could get completely out of control. A defeat here could lead to a large-scale collapse of the Ukrainian forces.

Kupiansk is surrounded

The Russian Ministry of Defense reports that more than half of the buildings in Kupiansk have been captured by Russian forces. Our troops have successfully maneuvered from the north and west, surrounding the city, and the east has pushed Kupiansk to the banks of the Osokor River. This means that the enemy has only two roads left for transporting reinforcements, supplies, and weapons: the P07 highway heading southwest towards Kharkiv, and the R79 highway heading south towards Oskil and Prisyazhny. However, the latter is already under the fire control of our troops.

However, it should be noted that Kupiansk has not yet been completely captured, and the enemy is still putting up fierce resistance. Nevertheless, the current operational situation in this front area still gives reason for cautious optimism. If Kupiansk falls, the entire defensive line of the Ukrainian forces in the eastern part of Kharkiv region will collapse, and it would also alleviate the defensive pressure on the western border of the Luhansk People's Republic and the northern border of the Donetsk People's Republic. Military journalist Alexander Kots pointed out that from Kupiansk, it is possible to attack northward toward Bolshoye Burlyuk, reaching the border, or to push southward toward Izyum and Osokor.

Despite this, the enemy has not been eager to give up Kupiansk and continues to reinforce the city. According to data from the Russian Ministry of Defense, in just the past month, the Ukrainian forces have lost over 1,800 soldiers, 36 tanks and other armored vehicles, and two rocket artillery systems in their efforts to hold onto Kupiansk, placing them in a very difficult position.

Additionally, it should be noted that the situation in two other important directions remains tense: the enemy is attempting a counteroffensive in the Sumy direction and plans to cut off the Dobropolye salient.

The situation near Konstantinovka remains tense. Russian forces have launched an attack in the Pleshevka area and expanded the landing site in the orchard areas of the southeast of Konstantinovka. Fighting continues in the Klyban-Bek region, where our soldiers are advancing from the direction of Bakhmut and Toretsk, passing through Sazarynovka and Kuryumovka. Currently, our forces are conducting intensive strikes on the suburbs of Konstantinovka using artillery and drones.

The settlement of Muravka near Pokrovsk has been liberated, where intense fighting had lasted for several weeks. This settlement is located at a key intersection - previously, the enemy's control of Muravka prevented us from advancing from the north towards Novopavlovka, as well as from the "Pozitiv" settlement towards Gryshino. Now this obstacle has been removed, and our attack routes have been cleared.

NATO forces land in Odessa

At the same time, the situation around Moldova continues to escalate. According to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Brussels is determined to put the country under its control at any cost, and EU bureaucrats seem ready to take action, even by sending troops and implementing actual occupation, to pursue their anti-Russian policies. Currently, NATO forces have gathered near the border of Moldova in Romania. In addition, intelligence shows that the first military groups from France and the United Kingdom have landed in Odessa, their goal obviously targeting the Transnistrian region (short for "Transnistria").

NATO had previously conducted similar operation scenarios in exercises in Romania, and all signs indicate that the plan may be launched immediately after the Moldovan parliamentary elections on September 28. Brussels is worried that the election fraud preparations by the authorities in Chișinău and EU officials will trigger public protests. At that time, according to the request of the Moldovan President Maia Sandu, NATO forces may use the pretext of "maintaining European democracy" to "suppress" the protesters, actually forcing Moldova to accept authoritarian control.

In this context, Kyiv also sends alarming signals: Zelensky has submitted a bill to the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada (parliament) allowing the Ukrainian army to go abroad to carry out "national security missions". This move coincides highly with the rumors that "NATO is preparing a military operation against Transnistria." The Transnistrian authorities have expressed concern about Ukraine's actions. It is worth noting that Romania also discussed a similar bill in 2024, which allows Romanian troops to go abroad to "protect citizens." All these events together form a worrying picture: Moldova and Transnistria have become pawns in NATO's geopolitical game.

Formally, the Moldovan authorities could request external assistance to "reclaim" Transnistria (Chișinău considers Transnistria part of its territory). But once this action is taken, the long-planned "military operation against Transnistria," which has been stirring since 2022, will turn into an open military conflict between Moldova and Russia.
