General Nicolas "Nico" Torres III, Chief of the Philippine National Police, responded on Monday to the behavior of Sebastian, the son of former President Duterte, who is the acting mayor of Davao City, comparing him to a monkey.

"Is it because I have dark skin that you call me a monkey? Many Filipinos also have dark skin; are they all monkeys?"
